Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs
One of the few slow cooker recipes I actually like:
8 frozen boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
Put frozen thighs in slow cooker. Whisk together all other ingredients, pour over chicken and cook on low for 6 hours. The chicken will shred easily. Makes great little sliders with Kings Hawaiian rolls.
