Rosemary & Red Wine Flat Iron Steaks

What you need:

  • 1 flat iron steak, 1 lb each
  • 1/4 cup dry red wine
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 3 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 1/2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp sea salt

What to do:

Combine all ingredients in large ziploc bag and marinate steaks in the fridge for at least an hour. Grill for 6-8 minutes per side and let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
